Ten pounds of personality in a five-pound bag
Verity Vox and the Curse of Foxfire
Don Martin
This was a really fun book to read! Definitely accessible to mature children, but has enough to hold an adult’s interest. I loved finding out in the Afterword that he named characters after his own family tree.
And it makes me want to look up various cryptids, monsters, haints, whatever. Particularly the nightjars.
Instagram apparently knows I love corporate astrology! I got recommended this video, about asking your partner if they’re a fairy, a witch, a princess, or a mermaid.
I can’t remember which is which and my Instagram timer has run out for the day, but I think I’d say “witch.”

Which one are you? And what do you think it says about yourself?
(Don’t bring this to your next office mixer though.)
